Interesting sidenote: Matchbox 20’s Yourself or Someone Like You was my favorite album from about 1996 until 2000; even then, it remained among my top ten rock/pop albums of all time (still does—and to my unending consternation, no Matchbox 20 album since then has come anywhere close to replicating the phenomenon).
