not working?

1. if the window doesn't open, then you're having a problem with java. allow your browser to run javascripts: the only one present is to open a window, there's nothing nosy here.

2. if the window opens, and is white, then you're either not receiving the files from the server, or (more likely), you don't have the newest Flash, which is available here

3. if the window opens, and it's pure black..... look harder.
