Irrelevant to your crazy meme, but you should so hook 52-in-52 into Now Reading. Add the post ID of the relevant 52-in-52 entry for each book to one of said book’s meta values, then write a simple bit of code that for your template that gets the 52-in-52 meta value - if it exists - and runs WP’s get_permalink() function to link to the post.

Would be pretty neat, IMO :)

Actually, come to think of it I might just write this into Now Reading by default, just a bit more generic - give users the ability to link a book with a blog entry. Into 4.1 it shall go :)
