This is such a complex subject with so many corollary facts and pseudo facts - and a populace that is incapable of analyzing any of it. Books like this can talk about the lunacy of our modern pecking orders we all live by, but it will take "the masses" to change it - and they are not up to the task - unless Oprah tells them how.... He says that it takes a combination of ability AND opportunity to become an outlier. Neither is sufficient by itself.
