		<description>There really isn&#039;t much conflict at all, I&#039;m glad to say.  It&#039;s a Catholic institution, yes, but peopled by plenty of non-Catholics.  Even when there&#039;s mention of it, it&#039;s usually in a pseudo-secular way&#8212;i.e., values like respect, service, integrity, and compassion.  So I don&#039;t feel any sort of pressure to somehow act more Catholic.</description>
