The only people who would buy &quot;naked&quot; PCs would be people who want to install alternative operating systems; those people probably build their own PCs at the moment - I mean, they obviously don&#039;t buy a Dell and not use the copy of Windows that comes with it - and thus Microsoft don&#039;t lose out.</description>
