		<description>Actually, I&#039;m kinda surprised that Texas is bringing this up.  I would think &quot;suggestive&quot; cheering (i.e., all cheering), as well as other brainless, often sexual, activites such as pre-adolescent pageants would thrive there, because the population isn&#039;t bright enough to understand the sexual, consumeristic, MTV-peer-pressured undertones.</description>
